I had a truly pleasant stay— The front desk staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, making check-in and any questions throughout my stay feel effortless. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless, and the breakfast staff were cheerful and attentive. The rooms themselves looked fresh and modern—I'm not sure when they were last renovated, but they certainly felt up-to-date and well cared for. Overall, the experience was good.
The room was clean and I slept on the couch and I was vary comfortable, The pool was great clean towels ready , and THOSE WAFFLES in the breakfast where amazing.
I preface all of my hotel reviews with the caveat that I didn't grow up staying in hotels. I'm not looking for fancy or unique; I'm only looking for three things: clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good locations. The Residence Inn in East Peoria meets all three. Quiet building and a very helpful staff. A great experience. Extra points because there are some really gnarly hotels in Peoria that charge more and offer way less.
The desk attendant was very friendly and calm even though she was juggling a lot of check ins and laundry and and and… the room was very nice. It was clean and well appointed. The price was reasonable as well. Breakfast was so-so. The breakfast room attendants were very friendly and the room was comfortable and tables were cleaned promptly. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.
We recently held a Family reunion in the area and about 15 families stayed here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The outdoor patio and firepit was welcoming and a perfect setting for late evening conversations and board games. Breakfast was good with daily variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Traveling for work..staff very friendly...breakfast was delicious great variety... most importantly the rooms beds etc. were clean and comfortable. Close to several restaurants and some shopping options
This was a great hotel! The rooms were huge and the amenities such as a half court basketball court and heated pool were fantastic. I wish they also had a hot tub. What knocked the rooms down a star was the beds were rock hard. The service was great and Kiani (?) was so welcoming and helpful!
Huge congratulations for a job well done to the General Manager, housekeeping crew and front desk people on an exceptional job of keeping this property looking and feeling like brand new. The rooms are extremely clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices. Very nice space for dogs to relieve themselves with plenty of lights for night time. Entire staff was very warm and friendly. Corporate... please reward your staff at this property. They certainly deserve it. We have stayed at many properties while traveling with pets. It's always wonderful for a property to meet and exceed your expectations. We will certainly be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
